Making Space for the Life that's Unfolding
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I’m passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they build healthier, more meaningful lives. Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest and most important steps in the counseling process. While I’ve been practicing as a counselor for the past two years, my background over the last decade includes working with youth, young adults, and families, as well as experience in inpatient psychiatric and intensive outpatient settings, all of which inform my approach to care.
I work with individuals navigating life transitions, including those who identify as neurodivergent, are stepping into adulthood, or are adjusting to changes in health or ability. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, and are looking for greater clarity, stability, and a stronger sense of self.
I provide a supportive, collaborative space where we explore your experiences, identify what’s been weighing on you, and develop practical strategies for everyday life. Together, we focus on building understanding, strengthening coping skills, and helping you move toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
